Key Account Manager – Consumables & Accessories

About the role

Electrolux is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the Consumables & Accessories (C&A) product category across major, floor‑care and small appliances. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with top retail customers and exploring new B2B market opportunities while working closely with a team of six KAMs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales policies defined by management and ensure alignment with sales priorities.
• Develop sales strategies, conduct potential analysis and identify market opportunities.
• Handle demand planning, price‑list management and related administrative tasks.
• Monitor market trends and competition for the C&A business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise cross‑departmental processes.
• Drive category‑level strategy in partnership with the central organisation.
• Analyse market, competitor and product data.
• Define, introduce and optimise the product portfolio together with Regional or Category Managers.
• Set and manage strategic pricing (RRP, HLP, RCP).
• Support business‑unit processes and strategic planning.
• Work closely with Commercial, Operations, Product Line, Controlling, Marketing and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of sales experience, including direct customer sales.
• Experience organising and executing consumer trade fairs.
• Analytical, structured and process‑oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Czechia and occasional trips to Slovakia.
• Strong communication skills in English and Czech.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
