Key Account Manager – Czech & Slovakia

About the role

Edgewell is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth of its personal‑care portfolio across modern trade channels in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships with the region’s largest retailers, ensuring best‑in‑class execution of distribution, pricing and promotion strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, align and execute end‑to‑end commercial, distribution, pricing and trade‑promotion plans for top strategic customers.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on activity execution, sales performance and margin development.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Private‑Label) to maximise customer contribution.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
• Lead full administration and operational management of key accounts, ensuring seamless retailer cooperation.
• Implement tailored short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies and manage product launches.
• Own forecasting, guarantee optimal product availability and negotiate commercial terms.
• Analyse customer data, category trends and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Apply category‑management principles to accelerate net sales and gross‑margin growth.
• Ensure flawless merchandising and visibility standards for Edgewell products.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of successful experience as a Key Account Manager in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
