Lead Solution Architect – CRM Domain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Solution Architect – CRM Domain to shape the future of Quadient’s CRM and customer engagement ecosystem. This strategic role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and enterprise architecture, owning the vision and roadmap for the Customer Experience domain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the architecture strategy and roadmap for the Customer Experience domain, including CRM platforms and related web applications.
• Lead the evolution of the CRM ecosystem, guiding the transition from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics where appropriate.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures covering business, application, data, and technology layers.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate customer and employee journeys into platform and architecture requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Domain Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Technical Lead focused on CRM and customer‑facing platforms.
• Strong hands‑on experience with both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience designing CRM architectures, integrations, and transformation programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology.
