Learning & Development Designer/Developer

About the role

The Learning & Development Designer/Developer creates and delivers high‑quality learning solutions for Global Learning & Development’s Regional Capability Center. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will work with project managers, SMEs and localization leads to produce learner‑centric experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop digital, virtual, blended and performance‑support learning solutions aligned to defined objectives and GLD standards.
• Build learning assets using approved authoring tools, ensuring consistency, reusability and accessibility.
• Partner with Project Managers to scope, schedule and deliver projects, supporting Agile or rapid development approaches.
• Maintain quality standards, brand guidelines, accessibility and compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, Business or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in learning design and development, capable of handling both disciplines.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and learning experience design.
• Proven ability to work in high‑volume, production‑oriented environments with shifting priorities.
