About the role
Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner / Operator to launch and grow its football platform in Prague. You will own the local operation, build a vibrant player community and deliver memorable game experiences through a proven mobile app.
Key responsibilities
- Grow the local player base by attracting and retaining football enthusiasts.
- Secure venues and establish partnerships with clubs, gyms and community spaces.
- Recruit, train and manage Official Hosts who run the games on the ground.
- Lead marketing and community‑building initiatives to raise awareness.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality game experiences for participants.
Required profile
- Passionate football enthusiast with strong local insight in Prague.
- Entrepreneurial self‑starter who enjoys taking ownership of a business.
- Proven ability to build relationships and grow a community.
- Motivated to create lasting impact beyond a traditional job.
