Managed Helpdesk Support Analyst – Dutch/French

About the role

Keyloop is looking for a Managed Helpdesk Support Analyst who can communicate fluently in Dutch and French. You will join a global after‑sales support team, providing expert assistance to dealers and manufacturers using Keyloop’s digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and progress support cases from initial contact to resolution, using available resources and expanding product knowledge.
• Escalate complex issues in a timely manner to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Respond to customers with empathy, acknowledging operational pressures and deadlines.
• Collaborate with teammates, other departments, and management to deliver swift resolutions.
• Document solutions and create written guidance for recurring issues.
• Mentor and coach colleagues to improve overall case handling efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Proactive attitude toward learning the Keyloop product suite and related tools.

Required skills

• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with after‑sales automotive software environments.
