Management Support Intern

About the role

Join BMW Group as a Management Support Intern and contribute to the smooth operation of our management processes. You will work closely with senior leaders, assisting in meetings, reporting, and strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to the automotive industry's future mobility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, track actions, and support presentations for management and associate meetings.
• Assist in implementing shared‑service processes, stabilising procedures, and delivering employee training.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including reporting, presentation creation, business‑trip arrangements, and dealer‑visit coordination.
• Support business projects, ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Prepare and analyse key performance reports to monitor business performance.
• Help with market analysis and strategic planning activities.
• Consolidate weekly “Highlights of the Week” and report to the regional organisation.
• Monitor compliance activities and assist with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program, preferably in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Czech.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a motivation to learn in an international environment.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B).

What we offer
