Manager Clinical Trial Payments

About the role

The Manager, Regional Payments Lead will run the local site for Contract & Centralized Services, supporting clinical trial payment processes and system issue resolution across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end investigator/site payment processes, including payment calculations, CTMS visit templates, purchase orders and supplier management.
• Provide training to new CCS Payments Coordinators and study teams on payment support and issue‑resolution procedures.
• Act as liaison between CCS colleagues, Site Contract Managers and study teams to resolve complex payment issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of CCS payment processes and support regional efficiency payments and study‑level reconciliation.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical research with at least 4 years focused on clinical payment processing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑resolution and cross‑functional teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a virtual global environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (mCTMS) and related tools such as Ariba, P2P, SAP, RAVE.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint and intermediate presentation skills.
