Market Access Capital Funds Lead

About the role

The Capital Funding function supports healthcare providers and public sector stakeholders in securing and implementing external funding to advance healthcare infrastructure and patient care initiatives. Based in Prague, this hybrid role involves extensive travel across the Czech Republic to engage with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate European, national, regional, and local funding opportunities aligned with healthcare investment priorities.
• Lead preparation, review, and optimization of funding applications and supporting documentation.
• Manage funded projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, monitoring, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, public authorities, funding institutions, and key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's with 5+ years, or advanced degree with 3+ years in healthcare funding, grant management, public financing, or related fields.
• Experience managing EU, national, regional, or public‑sector funding programs and leading grant processes from development through implementation.
• Fluency in Czech and English with strong communication skills for public‑sector and healthcare stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within the Czech Republic.

• Ability to develop complex funding structures and multi‑source financing models.
