Marketing Operations Associate

About the role

The Marketing Operations Associate will support the marketing team in driving business growth and brand excellence for a premium luxury beauty house. You will work closely with retail partners and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of in‑store activations, merchandising, and communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of in‑store activations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage day‑to‑day communication with retailers, supporting commercial and marketing projects.
• Oversee merchandising activities, prepare visual materials and monitor promotional plan execution.
• Assist with brand visibility initiatives such as podiums, animations, and special installations.
• Support product listing management and ensure accurate launch timelines.
• Create and process purchase orders, track GWP allocation and performance.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc projects with external agencies (e.g., furniture maintenance, visual updates, POS materials).
• Prepare internal newsletters and marketing updates.
• Monitor and process orders, conduct stock checks of testers, POS materials and visual elements.
• Ensure high‑quality translation and localization of marketing materials while maintaining brand tone.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational and project‑coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Sensitivity to premium brand standards and aesthetics.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and hands‑on approach.
