Material Packaging & Inventory Analyst

About the role

Join OPmobility’s Rychvald plant as a Material Packaging & Inventory Analyst and support the transition to an OES Central HUB for premium customers. You will ensure accurate inventory data, manage packaging processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement a cyclical inventory plan, recording all accounting movements in the MRP system.
• Verify inventory levels, warehouse and transfer transactions.
• Collaborate with change‑management coordinators to identify causes of discrepancies between physical and accounting inventory.
• Manage COGI processes and support receipt verification, obsolete material handling, and non‑production inventories.
• Oversee internal and external packaging management.
• Report logistics incidents, including analysis, cost assessment and responsibility allocation.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Experience in logistics; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Understanding of physical and accounting material flow.
• Knowledge of logistics processes related to MRP accounting interventions.
• Fluency in English and Czech.
• Valid driver’s licence (class B).
• Flexibility, teamwork orientation and willingness to work onsite.
