Materials Analyst – EMEA (Brno)

About the role

As a member of Resideo’s EMEA Supply Chain team, you will ensure material availability, optimise inventory and support customer delivery performance across our manufacturing and distribution network in Brno. You will work closely with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Demand Planning and Customer Service to meet OTTR targets and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive material availability to meet OTTR targets for assigned EMEA sites.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, lead daily execution and recovery actions for constrained materials.
• Support inventory health by managing safety stock, reorder points and reduction initiatives.
• Reduce delinquent backlog and support recovery plans for overdue customer demand.
• Assist in stabilising and adopting the o9 Integrated Business Planning platform across EMEA.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Materials Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning or Customer Fulfilment.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
