Medical Science Liaison Oncology

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison Oncology will serve as a field‑based expert, building strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders and supporting the launch and promotion of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's oncology portfolio across the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and KOLs through face‑to‑face meetings, educational sessions and conferences.
• Gather and communicate scientific insights across functions and develop regional engagement strategies.
• Provide scientific support to internal and external stakeholders, including training and responding to clinical inquiries.
• Deliver scientific and medical content for advisory boards and act as an external speaker for J&J IM.
• Collect market insights on competitive landscape, promotional and clinical strategies, and support market access activities.

Required profile

• University degree in a healthcare‑related discipline (MD or PharmD preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
