MedTech Customer Service Specialist with German

About the role

The MedTech Customer Service Specialist will provide high‑quality, transactional support to MedTech customers across EMEA from Prague. You will manage end‑to‑end order processes, handle case inquiries and ensure compliance within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, handling inbound calls and CRM cases.
• Investigate, process and resolve cases related to orders, returns, credits/debits and billing.
• Accurately process orders and financial transactions in ERP systems with proper approvals.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal partners (Commercial, AR, Supply Chain, LSPs) and external providers.
• Log all interactions in the CRM tool (Salesforce preferred) and support self‑service tasks.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints per regulatory requirements.
• Act as a subject‑matter resource and contribute to team projects and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or related operational function.
• Proven case‑management experience with enterprise systems (Salesforce preferred; JDE, SAP or similar ERP advantageous).
• Fluent English and German language proficiency.
