Operational Electrician – Maintenance & Repairs

About the role

Join a leading global energy‑technology company as an Operational Electrician, responsible for the upkeep and repair of electrical equipment in a generator manufacturing plant in Plzeň.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operation maintenance and repairs of electrical installations on production machines.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and technical condition inspections of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.

Required profile

• Vocational training in the electrical field (SOU/SŠ).
• Professional qualification in electrotechnics according to NV No. 194/2022 Sb.
• Ability to work independently on fault diagnosis and remediation.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of electro‑maintenance for production machines, cranes and mechanical equipment.

Required skills

• Electrical wiring on industrial machines.
• Preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Fault diagnosis and elimination of electrical failures.
• Repair of industrial electrical equipment.
