Operations & Logistics Internship

About the role

As an Operations & Logistics Intern at Amazon Logistics, you will work on real‑world projects that improve the efficiency of fulfillment centers, sortation hubs and delivery stations. The internship is on‑site in Kojetin, Czech Republic and offers a hands‑on look at how Amazon moves millions of items each day.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑priority projects to improve operational processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Develop, test and propose solutions in collaboration with managers and frontline associates.
• Participate in pre‑briefs, flow meetings and leadership discussions to gather knowledge across teams.
• Navigate the facility, moving between different work areas to understand end‑to‑end workflows.
• Adapt to flexible schedules and shift patterns as required.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the Czech Republic by the start date.
• Enthusiasm for logistics, operations and data‑driven problem solving.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate findings.
• Willingness to work on‑site and relocate if necessary.
• Flexibility to adjust to varying shift schedules.
