Packing Operations Coordinator – Supermarket

About the role

You will coordinate material organization within a supermarket area to ensure smooth and efficient packing operations. The position supports a new greenfield project for a prestigious automotive brand and will evolve with the launch of a second shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and maintain storage locations, update labels and system information.
• Monitor workload distribution and adjust material placement across packing areas.
• Maintain material data in operational systems, including creation, changes, and removal.
• Track Standard Unit of Transport (SUT) containers and align actual quantities with targets.
• Resolve basic operational and system‑related issues affecting packing activities.
• Perform simple stock and system corrections to keep physical stock and records consistent.
• Coordinate missing‑material resolution with warehouse teams and support stock‑discrepancy investigations.
• Collaborate with the Quality department on transport damage or delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• High school education.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Basic understanding of warehouse management processes.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize issues quickly.
• Good communication skills across multiple departments.
• Willingness to work in a two‑shift schedule (second shift starting September 2027).

Required skills

• SAP or other warehouse management system.
