Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

This is a hands‑on paid social position focused on driving measurable customer acquisition through Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram. You will own the full‑funnel campaign lifecycle, from audience strategy and creative testing to landing‑page optimisation and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Meta Ads strategies, planning, launch, optimisation and scaling.
• Develop audience strategies using interest targeting, look‑alike audiences, retargeting and funnel‑stage segmentation.
• Manage budgets, pacing and alignment with lead quality and business outcomes.
• Create and test multiple creative concepts, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Higgsfield.
• Maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API and conversion events; ensure reliable attribution.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPL, cost per demo, ROAS) and provide clear performance reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven success in lead‑generation, demo‑booking or free‑trial acquisition funnels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into optimisation actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
