Part-time Receptionist (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable part‑time Receptionist to join our modern health centre in Nové Butovice, Prague. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will help ensure a smooth and pleasant experience at our clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, answer questions and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
• Manage appointment scheduling using the clinic’s internal system.
• Perform simple administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and handling correspondence.
• Communicate with patients by phone and in writing, providing clear information and support.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Communicative level of English.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
• Polite, empathetic, patient and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility regarding work hours and willingness to keep learning.
• Team‑spirit and ability to work independently.
