Patient Journey Partner – Ophthalmology (Moravia region)

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) in Ophthalmology will act as the local face of Roche, collaborating with stakeholders across the patient journey to co‑create solutions that improve outcomes. Based in the Moravia region, the role bridges external needs with Roche’s scientific expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with patients, healthcare professionals and ecosystem stakeholders to identify opportunities and remove barriers to better outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating community needs internally, prioritising resources and driving faster solutions.
• Steward Roche’s ophthalmology products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring appropriate, truthful use and sharing benefits with HCPs.
• Leverage internal and external networks, including other PJPs, to pull in expertise and resources as needed.

Required profile

• System thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills.
• Experience formulating cross‑functional strategies and leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Business acumen in commercialization, medical affairs or customer experience.
• Willingness to travel actively within the region.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of patient journeys and treatments in the relevant therapeutic area.
• Knowledge of Roche’s current portfolio and pipeline.
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with digital innovation methodologies and agile ways of working (desired).
