Payroll Consultant – Czech Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Consultant to support our Czech payroll operations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and effective communication of payroll concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and enhancement of our in‑house payroll calculation engine.
• Explain standard pay components and their management concerning tax, social security, and statutory deductions.
• Provide detailed guidance on local payroll and labor‑law compliance.
• Monitor and communicate changes in country laws related to tax and statutory deductions.
• Support client and prospect calls by answering queries about Czech payroll.
• Offer language support for payroll‑related client interactions.
• Deliver on‑the‑ground assistance for compliance activities and client visits as required.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Czech payroll processes, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Czech.
• Ability to explain complex payroll concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proactive attitude toward staying updated on legislative changes.
• Experience supporting clients and handling payroll‑related inquiries.
