Payroll Services Expert with Dutch

About the role

The Payroll Services Expert will ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery for Belgium and possibly the Netherlands. Reporting to the Payroll Services Senior Manager, you will manage payroll controls, validate complex calculations, and perform gross‑to‑net reconciliations to support a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payroll processing for Belgium/Netherlands through robust controls and validation.
• Review and validate complex payroll calculations to maintain data quality.
• Perform gross‑to‑net reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Time Management, HR Services, and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Analyze payroll data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Deliver high‑quality payroll service meeting service levels and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience working in a global, international matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
