About the role
As a People Operations Expert at AB InBev, you will ensure a seamless employee experience across multiple markets. You will partner with People Business Partners and stakeholders to support the full employee lifecycle while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own and support People processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, leave management, internal mobility and the annual People Cycle.
- Partner with People Business Partners and local stakeholders to deliver consistent processes aligned with legislation and company policies.
- Provide guidance to employees on People processes, legislative changes and employee‑relations topics.
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and SAP, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
- Monitor labour legislation, translate changes into practical People policies and processes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve People processes and the employee experience.
- Use data and KPIs to track process performance, flag risks and recommend improvements.
- Support change‑management initiatives, including communication and guidance during system or policy updates.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations or People Operations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Workday HR system.
- SAP HR data management.
- ServiceNow (or similar) workflow tools.
- Salesforce (experience is a plus).
- MS Office suite.
