Piping Designer – Process Plant Design

About the role

The Piping Designer will create and maintain flow schematics, plant layouts and 3‑D models for adsorption and membrane projects at Linde Gas in Brno. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and the sales team throughout proposal and project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, plot plans and foundation loading plans.
• Perform 3D modelling of (V)PSA, TSA and membrane plants using Smart3D.
• Participate in internal and external design reviews.
• Produce general arrangement drawings, isometric drawings and parts lists.
• Coordinate design activities with internal stakeholders and support the sales team during proposals.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or technical education as a product designer, systems planner or similar.
• First years of professional experience in piping or plant design.
• Knowledge of adsorption and membrane technologies.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
