Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

ABB’s Robotics business is expanding rapidly and needs a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to support its Engineering Delivery Platform (EDP) unit. You will work on inventory and supply‑chain processes for modular application cells and robotic systems, ensuring the right stock levels and high customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the site supply‑planning process and maintain inventory optimization projects.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for finished, semi‑finished, and raw‑material goods in line with company targets.
• Perform detailed analyses of metrics such as Days Inventory on Hand, on‑time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
• Share best practices for operations planning, inventory, and resource management.
• Assist local operations, master‑schedule, and material planners with new processes, tools, and planning technology solutions.
• Compile and distribute weekly/monthly performance reports to business leaders.

Required profile
