About the role

The PRA Manager (Price Reimbursement Access Manager) for Czech Republic and Slovakia is responsible for securing reimbursement of Eli Lilly medicines from public health insurance. The role involves preparing, implementing, monitoring, and communicating regulatory procedures related to pricing and reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit dossiers for maximum price and reimbursement conditions in collaboration with medical, marketing, and finance teams.
• Coordinate with global and regional teams on pharmacoeconomic modeling (cost‑effectiveness, cost‑utility, budget impact) for Czech and Slovak markets.
• Work with external vendors to gather national cost inputs and develop budget impact analyses.
• Collaborate with Italy Hub Management on business cases for price changes or risk‑sharing agreements.
• Participate in advisory board meetings with physicians alongside medical and corporate affairs.
• Prepare the PRA component of annual customer plans for key products and ensure compliance with local legislation.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical reimbursement processes and familiarity with Czech and Slovak health insurance regulations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with medical, marketing, finance, and global access teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pharmacoeconomic analysis methods (cost‑effectiveness, cost‑utility, budget impact).
• Proficiency in preparing regulatory dossiers and business cases.
