Pricing Analyst

About the role

Join Dormer Pramet, a Sandvik company, as a Pricing Analyst supporting the Global Pricing and Profitability organization across Central and Eastern Europe. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Finance to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop competitive, value‑based pricing strategies for new products and portfolio enhancements.
• Create, approve, implement and communicate product prices across systems and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management as a business partner on pricing topics.
• Maintain price lists, support commercial campaigns, handle special pricing requests and perform ad‑hoc analyses.
• Analyse margins and profitability trends, providing recommendations to improve performance.
• Conduct price benchmarking and market analyses to ensure appropriate positioning.
• Contribute pricing expertise to mergers, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant academic degree with 3‑5 years of professional experience in pricing.
• Experience in product management, industrial products or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of value‑based pricing principles and strong analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP and pricing systems.
