Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst (12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month contract position joins Medtronic’s Cardiovascular Strategic Pricing Team, acting as the liaison between Marketing and Offer Development for pricing responsibilities, new product pricing, scenario modelling and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of strategic pricing frameworks across the sub‑region, aligning with business objectives and market realities.
• Partner with sub‑regional leadership, marketing and commercial teams to shape pricing roadmaps, value‑based segmentation and market‑access readiness.
• Design pricing strategies for new product launches, translating competitive insights and economic value drivers into sustainable pricing direction.
• Own pricing input into the Integrated Business Planning cycle, including ASP planning across portfolios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing or commercial finance.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and ability to navigate a complex, multicultural matrix environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
