Principal Technical Consultant

About the role

Medtronic seeks a Principal Technical Consultant to lead clinical and technical support for its Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio in Czechia. The role combines field‑based customer engagement with remote work, requiring travel to customer sites and training activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical and technical support for TAVI procedures at customer sites.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and physician education programs.
• Guide physicians on product utilization and procedural best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop account strategies and support therapy adoption.
• Conduct on‑site training and mentorship for customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in medical devices, cardiovascular or structural heart support.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience providing clinical or technical support for catheter‑based cardiovascular procedures.
• Fluency in Czech and English and ability to travel regularly across the territory.

Required skills

• Expertise in TAVI and transcatheter valve procedures.
• Knowledge of catheter‑based cardiovascular procedures and structural heart therapies.
• Experience delivering physician education and clinical training.
