Process Engineer – Injection Moulds

About the role

Clarios is looking for a Process Engineer (m/f) in Ceska Lipa. The role focuses on optimising, standardising and ensuring the proper functioning of injection moulds, including the supply of spare parts.

Key responsibilities

• Modify and repair injection moulds and introduce new moulds into production
• Identify and propose improvements to manufacturing processes
• Prepare technical documentation and analyses
• Work with the controlling department on introducing new moulds
• Take part in BBP (Best Business Practice), R&D and Operational Excellence projects in production
• Communicate with the tooling department and external suppliers, and with the central department in Germany

Required profile

• Technical university degree (mechanical or electrical engineering), suitable for graduates; practical experience welcome
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Communicative English (ideally B2)
• Responsibility, reliability, teamwork and independent work, proactive approach

Required skills

• MS Office, SAP, PRISMA3, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
• Reading of technical drawings
