Process Engineer – Rakona Plant

About the role

P&G Rakona plant in Rakovník is looking for a Process Engineer to join its manufacturing team and optimise production processes for its brands. The role covers both the packing line and the making department, and starts with a one-year Junior Manager Programme focused on innovation, maintenance and optimisation of production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Packing: keep safety, quality and productivity in mind, report performance losses, identify key projects and support installation and startup of new equipment and maintenance tools.
• Making: deliver high-quality products on time according to R&D recipes, find opportunities for continuous improvement, and help design learning programmes for operators and team leaders.
• Redesign and develop manufacturing processes and systems, and monitor existing equipment to optimise performance and maintenance needs.
• Plan and coordinate projects with other team members, on time, within budget and with attention to safety and quality.

Required profile

• Master's degree in any field; chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak.
• Leadership, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present results.
• Proactive, flexible, eager to learn and able to work in a team.
• Previous experience is an advantage, but the post is also open to fresh graduates.
