Process Manager – Last Mile Operations

About the role

As a Process Manager for Last‑mile operations at Rohlik, you will optimise and scale the end‑to‑end fulfilment model across Central and Eastern Europe. You will work at the intersection of business operations and product development, turning real‑world friction into high‑performing processes and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse workflow data, identify bottlenecks and root causes in fulfilment centres and last‑mile delivery.
• Design detailed target process specifications and translate business requirements into technical documentation for developers.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, VSM and Ishikawa frameworks to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers and local operational teams to validate, test and roll out solutions.
• Define KPIs, build business cases and track the impact of improvements on metrics such as cycle time and cost‑per‑order.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, process engineering or JIT logistics within fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on mastery of process methodologies (VSM, DMAIC, Ishikawa, SIPOC) and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to translate operational requirements into clear documentation for software teams.
• Excellent English (minimum B2) and willingness to travel up to 50 % across five countries.

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• SQL and BI tools for data analysis.
• Statistical analysis software.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
