Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist supports Tricentis' global procurement operations, managing the end‑to‑end purchase‑to‑pay process and ensuring compliance with internal policies and cost objectives. The role balances day‑to‑day operational tasks with strategic sourcing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and coordinate vendor confirmations using the Zip platform.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and renewals; manage contract signature workflows with DocuSign.
• Build and maintain relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on sourcing and procurement policies.
• Generate spend analysis, cost‑savings, and cost‑avoidance reports; maintain financial reporting and procedural documentation.
• Support employee travel needs and assist with program and project management initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage high‑volume operational tasks alongside strategic projects.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and take full ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Procurement or P2P platforms (e.g., Zip, Coupa, SAP Ariba)
• DocuSign for contract management
