Product Manager, Campaigns

About the role

Pattern is looking for a Product Manager, Campaigns to own the Meta Ads component of its ROI Hunter platform. You will drive product decisions for campaign structures, DPAs, Advantage+, audience signals, and performance optimization at scale, while shaping the future of campaign management as AI evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for ROI Hunter’s Meta Ads scope, including DPAs and Advantage+ mechanics.
• Collaborate daily with a designer and a development lead in a tight product trio, taking ideas from problem definition to shipped feature.
• Maintain and extend the proxy API layer that connects ROI Hunter to Meta’s Ads platform, reacting quickly to API changes.
• Translate advertiser and agency pain points into prioritized product features that improve e‑commerce performance.
• Explore the impact of agentic AI on campaign automation and influence product direction.
• Present and defend product decisions to internal stakeholders across Pattern’s global teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, operational depth in Meta Ads at agency or large in‑house scale.
• Experience with DPAs, Advantage+, and audience strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment based in Brno.
