Product Manager

About the role

Confirmo is a global stablecoin‑first payment platform seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for a core product area. Based in Prague, you will work closely with engineering, design, compliance and customer support to deliver merchant‑focused solutions quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, set priorities, define success metrics and communicate direction to stakeholders.
• Translate merchant needs and data into well‑specified requirements for engineering and design.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, working daily with engineering and design teams.
• Analyze product and transaction data to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate roll‑outs with Compliance, Support and Sales to ensure clear communication and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the CPO and payment engineering leads on roadmap alignment and incorporate merchant feedback from Sales.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech or crypto.
• Proven track record of shipping complex technical products in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with SQL and analytics tools.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and translating between technical and business audiences.
• Background in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments is a plus.
