Production Coordinator – Subassemblies & Cable Harnesses

About the role

Coordinate the production of sub‑assemblies and cable harnesses for ABB's switchgear lines, ensuring on‑time delivery and high quality while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure production of sub‑assemblies and cable harnesses aligns with line requirements.
• Control assembly quality, perform final inspections and manage two‑shift operations.
• Maintain workplace safety, 5S compliance and work‑time records for the team.
• Keep production data up‑to‑date in SAP and internal databases.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Vocational or secondary technical education in electrical engineering (advantage).
• Experience leading and managing a team (advantage).
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and stress resilience.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with SAP (advantage).
