Program Management Trainee – Digital Tools & Data Strategy

About the role

Join OPmobility’s Program Management Office to help shape the next generation of sustainable mobility. This 24‑month VIE position in Novy Jicin offers a unique opportunity to work on digital transformation, data strategy, and user adoption of new tools in a global, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to drive user adoption of new digital tools.
• Structure and organize data to improve accessibility and reliability, and automate KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Maintain, optimise, and develop Power BI solutions while proposing innovative digital solutions such as AI tools.
• Support the implementation of project‑management methodologies across business lines.
• Assist the PMO team in creating training materials and documentation.
• Provide operational support to project managers on tools, processes, and best practices.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (18‑28 years old) with an international study experience and a strong interest in engineering or business.
• Solid foundation in program‑management principles, preferably with some practical experience.
• Strong analytical and data‑management abilities; quick learner in a multicultural, multi‑location setting.
• Exposure to finance, industrial operations, supply chain, digitalisation, or R&D is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
