Project Manager

About the role

STRV is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams of Designers, Engineers and QA Engineers in delivering digital products for a diverse client base. You will act as the operational hub, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client‑facing teams of Designers, Engineers and QA Engineers to build and ship digital products.
• Manage operational and administrative tasks such as financial forecasting, invoicing and commercial tracking.
• Plan resources, onboard/offboard clients and teams, and lead project kick‑offs.
• Monitor project health, track timelines and budgets, and report status to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders (C‑level, Sales, Engineering Managers) and external clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design and Engineering Managers to identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Help teams integrate with client working environments and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in a technology environment.
• Ability to navigate fast‑moving, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Motivation to transition into Product Management within 1‑2 years.
