Project Manager (Junior/Senior) – Engineering Services

About the role

Bilfinger is seeking a motivated Project Manager, either junior or senior, to lead engineering projects across its Central Eastern Europe operations. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects meet technical specifications, timelines and budgets, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and steer projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and motivate the project team.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedules and cost plans.
• Communicate with clients, prepare offers and develop project plans.
• Support the sales department in acquiring new projects.
• Coordinate project documentation and produce regular progress reports.

Required profile

• University or secondary education in civil or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Knowledge of permitting processes.
• Communicative level of English.
• ČKAIT authorization and a category B driving licence are advantages.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (advantage).
