Project Manager – New Product Introduction

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the introduction of new products from acquisition through to serial production at our Brno site. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control new‑product introduction projects from concept to production launch.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality while meeting defined objectives.
• Coordinate activities of internal departments, external suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain clear communication with key customers and all project stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in a technology‑focused company.
• Minimum 3 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication, assertiveness and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Accountability for own work and results.
