Project Manager – Prague (IT Delivery)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects in Prague. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with business requirements and drive projects to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, estimates, resources, roles and responsibilities and initiate project mobilisation.
• Monitor and control execution through analysis, design, build, test and release phases.
• Establish governance, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with security and GxP standards.
• Direct project team outputs, optimise resource utilisation and report overall performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create schedules and track progress.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Proven leadership, change‑management and supplier‑management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex organisations.
