Project Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Project Manager to join its Project Management team in Prague. The role suits someone with a technical background and experience in construction who wants to lead investment projects for international and local investors, combining office and site work. The company delivers office, industrial, logistics and retail developments and refurbishment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investment projects from the initial concept through to the handover of completed buildings.
• Represent the client throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Lead construction projects during the planning, permitting and delivery phases.
• Take overall responsibility for quality, schedule and cost.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and project standards.
• Review project documentation and identify the most appropriate technical and architectural solutions.
• Prepare, organise and evaluate tender processes.
• Monitor construction quality and chair regular site meetings.
• Lead project teams and external contractors and collaborate with other teams across the business.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in project management, construction management or site supervision.
• Fluent Czech is essential; English at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, well organised and able to work independently and in a team.
• Driving licence (Category B) is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
