Project Manager – Technical Projects (International)

About the role

BEUMER Group Czech Republic a.s. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead technical projects in the bulk‑material handling sector. The role involves managing multi‑disciplinary teams, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to contractual specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement assigned projects according to cost, contract, and schedule.
• Lead and motivate a cross‑border, multi‑disciplinary project team throughout the full project life‑cycle.
• Solve complex technical issues and guide design teams in cross‑organizational networks.
• Support procurement by creating and reviewing detailed technical specifications for sub‑contracts.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and purchasing departments to secure sub‑contracts and develop technical solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and subcontractors during execution.

Required profile

• Technical university degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluent English; German or additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stress‑resistance skills.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B) and clean criminal record.
