QA Engineer – SDET (Remote)

About the role

This unique and challenging position blends test‑automation engineering with hands‑on quality validation and technical issue triage. You will design scalable test frameworks and act as the primary bridge for reproducing and resolving high‑priority customer defects.

Key responsibilities

• Write frameworks and tests for the product and third‑party integrations.
• Maintain, enhance, and extend complex Python & Selenium frameworks.
• Create and execute repeatable automated regression test suites for web applications.
• Identify, evaluate, report, and document defects during design and implementation.
• Analyze, reproduce, and report bugs reported by customers, acting as a proxy between customers and developers.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle to ensure quality up to production.
• Support cross‑functional squads with manual testing and adapt test‑automation solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a software developer in test.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Python, Selenium, and test‑automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest).
• Proficiency with Git or similar version‑control systems.
• Works in the EET (Eastern European Time) time zone and eager to learn.
