Quality and Operations Engineer

About the role

Huawei is hiring a Quality and Operations Engineer in Prague, Czech Republic. The role organizes and manages the key tasks and KPIs of the representative office, strengthens its management system and supports digitalization and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Organize the development and management of key tasks and KPIs of the rep office, break down and implement strategies and support organizational goals.
• Strengthen the management system and support decision-making support, ISO certification, quality management, risk management and compliance support.
• Implement digitalization and transformation initiatives according to HQ and regional plans, achieving digital operations of the rep office business in different scenarios.
• Implement archive management and administrative document management requirements and ensure the safety of physical storage facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; Chinese and English language.
• Fresh graduates or those with some experience in operations, risk management or compliance management are preferred.
• Eligible to work and live in the job location; applications must include a CV in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic office software and fundamental management and operations skills.
• Knowledge of strategic management, performance management, quality management, risk management, compliance management and ISO certification.
• Familiarity with basic digital tools and methods applied to operations and management.
• Strong responsibility, communication, coordination and organizational skills, and ability to analyze problems and root causes.
