Recruiter for Mobile Gaming Agency

About the role

Join AppAgent, an award‑winning mobile marketing agency, as a Recruiter responsible for end‑to‑end hiring across creative, marketing and sales functions throughout the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment process from sourcing to interview to offer, maintaining high standards.
• Fill a variety of roles, from junior positions to senior leadership.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies, including direct outreach, referral programs and new platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate team needs into successful hires.
• Manage recruitment metrics, tools and stack, flagging issues early.
• Contribute to People & Ops initiatives such as onboarding, employer branding and company events.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in‑house or agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong people‑orientation and passion for matching candidates to roles.
• Proven ability to conduct active outreach and engage passive talent.
• Adaptable approach, adjusting methods when standard playbooks fall short.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.
• Interest in the broader employee lifecycle beyond recruitment.
