Recruitment Experience Partner – 1 Year Contract

About the role

As a Recruitment Experience Partner you will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a fast, fair and human hiring journey. Based in Prague, you will work closely with Recruitment Business Partners to translate hiring needs into high‑quality execution for high‑volume IT and AI roles.

Key responsibilities

• Guide candidates from first contact through offer, delivering a seamless experience.
• Conduct first‑round Recruitment Solutions interviews and extend offers for high‑volume roles (levels 5 and below).
• Screen, shortlist, communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews across business units.
• Support senior or complex hiring by validating shortlists, managing applicants and providing reactive sourcing.
• Maintain accurate data in Workday and follow defined RS processes, standards and timelines.
• Provide feedback and insights to continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in an in‑house or agency setting, preferably high‑volume or multi‑market.
• Experience recruiting for technical, IT or R&D functions.
• Strong candidate communication, screening and shortlisting abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European language (e.g., Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French) is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and partner with hiring teams.
• Commitment to data quality, compliance and process discipline.
