Recruitment Specialist – Full‑Cycle Talent Sourcing

About the role

We are seeking a full‑cycle Recruitment Specialist to own our hardest‑to‑fill positions and drive modern talent sourcing across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment in Workable, from intake to offer.
• Build pipelines through direct outreach on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders, adapting pace as needed.
• Identify and flag candidate risk early to prevent cold leads.
• Conduct difficult conversations such as compensation gaps, competing offers, and relocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience running the full recruitment cycle independently.
• Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting background.
• Current AI fluency in sourcing and screening, knowing when it adds value.
• Ability to stay composed with senior stakeholders under pressure.
• Self‑directed in a fast‑moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
