Retail Sales Executive – Apple Products

About the role

Join iSTYLE, the region’s largest premium Apple partner, as a Retail Sales Executive. You will be the face of the store, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting Apple’s innovative products to a diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, cross‑sell and upsell Apple products, and provide thorough product awareness.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and visually merchandised according to brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date on all product releases, promotions, and advertisements.
• Assist with stock receipt, merchandise replenishment, and inventory management.
• Identify security risks or theft situations and act promptly and professionally.
• Follow all store policies on payments, exchanges, security, and loss prevention.
• Complete required trainings, maintain certifications, and continuously improve service standards.
• Address customer complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for Apple products and technology.
• Excellent communication and premium customer‑service skills.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies.
• Responsible, diligent, and motivated to achieve success.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Advanced Czech language proficiency; additional foreign languages are a plus.
• High‑school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s/Technical degree).
• No prior experience required.
