Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while driving store sales. You will represent the brand, use product knowledge and selling techniques to meet monthly targets, and maintain a professional store image.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, attend to customers, and promote service excellence.
• Build solid relationships with shoppers, cross‑sell/upsell, and provide thorough product awareness.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.
• Stay informed about all products, promotions, advertisements, and new releases.
• Assist with merchandise processing, replenishment, and stock receipt.
• Identify security risks or thefts and handle incidents promptly and professionally.
• Follow all policies and procedures, especially those related to payments, exchanges, security, and loss prevention.
• Complete required trainings, maintain up‑to‑date certificates, and enroll in training portals.
• Gather customer feedback, address complaints efficiently, and escalate when necessary to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.
• No prior experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
